Safety intelligence for industrial operations

Measure the safety conditions that keep repeating across your site.

Edgentik uses the cameras already in place to measure defined safety conditions across operating areas, including vehicle-pedestrian proximity, restricted-area activity and visible PPE. Teams can see what is happening now, what keeps repeating and what changed after action.

One clear safety view

What is happening now. What keeps repeating. What changed after action.

Move from current measured conditions to recurring patterns and comparable follow-up in one operating view.

01Current visibility

What is happening now?

See the most recent completed measurement, where it applies, how old it is and when the next one is due.

Completed 14:05 · 3 hours oldPedestrian-vehicle interaction · Aisle B2 items need a decision
02What keeps repeating

What keeps repeating?

See which conditions are new, persistent, improving or worsening by area, camera and shift.

Last 30 daysRecurring at Aisle B · Peak 13:00-15:00Compared using similar observation periods
03After action

What changed after action?

Keep the selected action, owner and follow-up measurement together so the team can see what happened next.

Follow-up measurement completeRecurring condition observed less oftenCompared using the same method

An individual event shows what happened. A recurring pattern shows where and when action is needed.

Worked example

See how reviewed camera evidence supports a focused operating decision.

This worked example shows how reviewed episodes identify one location and operating window, how the site response is recorded and how the same condition is represented in a matched follow-up.

Illustrative worked example using recorded third-party industrial footage. Baseline counts and timing were measured; the site context and follow-up are illustrative. Not a customer result.

A low-risk way to begin

Start with one priority policy and the coverage the area requires.

A first Safety Control Scan is defined by one priority policy and one operating area, using the qualified camera views needed to measure it. A first Scan may use more than one qualified view where the area requires it and the supported configuration allows it. Once the measurement and review workflow are established, the same operating model can expand across additional cameras, operating areas and safety policies.

01

Connect

Use qualified views from the cameras already in place.

02

Measure

Establish what is happening and where and when the condition keeps repeating.

03

Act

Your Safety or Operations team decides what to change.

04

Measure again

Measure the same condition again after action and show what changed.

What the first Scan delivers: a measured baseline, a focused finding and either a completed follow-up measurement or an agreed follow-up schedule.
